Roman De Angelis

Born on February 15, 2001, in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, Roman De Angelis is a Canadian racing driver who joined Team WRT in 2019 to compete in 24 Hours of Daytona. Roman teamed up with South African Kelvin van der Linde and Belgian Frédéric Vervisch, both official Audi Sport drivers, as well as American Ian James. In addition to being his first participation in the 24 Hours of Daytona at only 17 years old, it was also his first experience driving a GT3 car in IMSA and competing in the GTD class.
