Robin Frijns
Born on August 7, 1991, in the Netherlands, Robin Frijns is one of the most experienced and versatile drivers in Team WRT’s history. He first joined the team in 2015, competing in GT racing and has since become a long-standing and trusted member of the squad.
In 2021, he won the LMP2 class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the FIA WEC LMP2 championship with teammates Ferdinand Habsburg and Charles Milesi.
Now as BMW factory driver, Robin competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) in the LMDh category, driving the BMW M Hybrid V8. His career spans multiple disciplines such as GT racing, prototypes and Formula E making him a complete and valuable asset at the highest level of endurance racing.
