Born on October 1, 1963, in Geneva, Switzerland, Jean-Denis Deletraz is a Swiss racing driver and entrepreneur with a rich and diverse motorsport career. He began in Formula Ford before progressing through Formula 3 and Formula 3000, where he earned multiple podium finishes.

Deletraz also competed in Formula 1, making appearances in the 1994 and 1995 seasons, before shifting his focus to endurance and GT racing. Over the years, he has participated in iconic events such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the 24 Hours of Daytona, and the FIA GT Championship.

In recent years, Deletraz has continued his racing activities in the Michelin Le Mans Cup, competing in the GT3 category with WRT. He is the father of Louis Deletraz, a multiple-time endurance race winner.
