Born on July 25, 1989, in Novo Hamburgo, Brazil, César Ramos is a Brazilian racing driver who competed with Team WRT during the 2014 season. Driving for the Belgian Audi Club Team WRT, he raced in both the Blancpain Endurance Series and the Blancpain Sprint Series at the wheel of the Audi R8 LMS ultra.

In the Blancpain Endurance Series, César shared car #1 with Laurens Vanthoor and Marc Basseng, two highly experienced GT drivers. Together, they formed a strong trio that delivered consistent performances throughout the season. In the Sprint Series, César teamed up with Laurens Vanthoor, the Belgian GT star, showcasing speed and determination in one of the most competitive GT championships in the world.
