Born on December 20, 1996, in Chesterfield, England, Ben Barnicoat is a British racing driver who began in karting and progressed through single-seaters, winning the Formula Renault 2.0 NEC Championship in 2014.

He later moved into GT and endurance racing and joined WRT, driving in GT3 competitions during the 2016 season.
