HEAD OF ACCOUNTING & BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
The duties of the WRT Head of Accounting & Business Administration will include:
- Lead and manage monthly and annual financial closings and reporting
- Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with six business units (five in Belgium and one in the USA)
- Present financial figures and analyses to management, the Board, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate and prepare the annual audit with the company auditor
- Prepare statutory annual accounts and supporting documentationMonitor, review, and reconcile balance sheet accounts on a regular basis
- Ensure close collaboration with the WRT USA entity and other business units
- Manage and supervise facilities, office supplies, and vendor relationships
- Handle contracts and coordinate with external partners
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements
- Develop, implement, and enforce internal policies and procedures
- Continuously improve internal processes and workflow efficiency
- Lead, coach, and develop the Accounting & Administration Team (5 staff members)
The WRT Head of Accounting and Business Administration should have the following profile:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Strong professional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar leadership role
- Proven managerial and communication skills
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and structured working methods
- Hands-on mindset with a flexible “can-do” and “will-do” attitude
- Ability to manage workload and perform under tight deadlines
- Proactive problem solver with a results-driven approach
- Highly motivated to achieve goals and objectives
