These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our webshop. By using the website and placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the conditions below. All prices displayed on the website or in the shopping cart are non-binding and subject to change at any time. They do not constitute a final commercial offer, and the final price may vary before or after an order is submitted. Price adjustments may occur due to supplier cost changes, currency fluctuations, stock limitations, logistical constraints or corrections of pricing errors or omissions. The customer expressly acknowledges that the final price of the goods may change even after the order has been placed, including in situations where sourcing costs increase, stock shortages require alternative purchasing, or where transport, import or raw material costs change unexpectedly. In the event of a price change, the customer will be informed.

All products and quantities offered on the website remain subject to availability. Adding items to the shopping cart does not reserve stock, and availability may change at any time, including after the order is submitted. If a product is unavailable or if stock levels change, we may cancel the order in whole or in part, adjust delivery times, or propose an alternative product. An order becomes legally binding only after it has been reviewed and expressly accepted by WRT through an official order confirmation or through the issuance of an invoice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including situations involving pricing errors, stock shortages or concerns regarding the customer’s creditworthiness.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images and pricing information on the website are accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that the information is free from errors, omissions or technical inaccuracies. WRT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business interruption or financial loss. Our total liability relating to any order is limited to the invoice amount of the goods concerned. We accept no responsibility for delays, stock shortages, pricing changes or technical issues affecting the webshop.

Payment terms apply as stated on the invoice or according to any existing agreement with the customer, and late payments may result in interest charges, order delays or suspension of further deliveries. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and the version applicable to an order is the version in force on the date of the order confirmation.
