WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the warehouse team (6 people) : procurement, storage, goods in, goods out, customer relations
- Coordinate the stock on a day-to-day basis to achieve daily performance measures and labour productivity.
- Provide efficient stock management to serve needs from customer support & car assembly :
-Consumption and sales prediction to reduce discontinuities within agreed max stock level
-Management of stock value (overall level, including financial depreciation)
-Guarantee 100% traceability though the ERP : part numbers, quantities, value, storage location
-Contribution to the purchasing strategy with the Project / - Programme manager (suppliers, order quantities…)
- Review, design and implement a strong and robust stock “goods in” & ‘goods out” system (including quality control, picking process, packaging, shipment)
- Define the space management: storage locations, parts conditioning, …
- Provide support to customers order preparation :
-Overall process, parts conditioning, priorities setting
- Provide parts picking support for car assembly, in close collaboration with the Production Coordinator.
- Write, implement, maintain and control processes.
- Contribute to writing safety processes and make sure they are respected by the whole team
- KPIs definition & Monthly reporting.
Required Skills
- Experience in a similar role for at least 3 years. Basic knowledge of car parts is a must, and experience in motorsport is a plus.
- Hands on approach with a flexible “Can Do” & “Will Do” attitude.
- Flexible with workload and tight deadline.
- WMS routine handling is a must.
- ERP system (SAP / MS Dynamics) experience is a must
- Knowledge of French and English required.
- Pro-active problem solver.
- Strong communication, organisation and planning capacities.
- Customer orientated.
